Media Management

Welcome to the Media Management section of the Elixia Health clinical trial platform. This feature allows you to efficiently manage and organize your media assets, ensuring smooth operations and easy access to necessary files. Let's dive into how you can make the most of this feature.

Key Concepts

• Media View: A feature within MCT that allows you to view and manage media plans and their status.
• Media Assets: Files such as images, documents, audio, and video that are uploaded and managed within the platform.
• Document Management: The process of uploading, viewing, organizing, and managing documents and images.

How To

Access the Media View Feature

1. Log in to the MCT application.
2. Click on the Media View tab.

Upload Media Assets

1. Log in to the MCT portal and navigate to the Media Tab.
2. Click on the "Create New Plan" icon.
3. Fill in the required fields in the "Buy Information" section:

- Account Code: Enter the account code associated with the project (searchable field).

- Project Name: Select or enter the project name from the available projects.

- Market Name: Enter the market name for this media plan (searchable field).

- Medium: Select the medium type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Print, Digital, Broadcast).

- Spot Name: Enter the name of the media spot.

- Spot Code: Enter the unique code for the spot.

1. Configure the "Charges" section:

- Media Budget Type: Select the budget type from the dropdown.

- CSSI Surcharge: Enter the surcharge percentage (%).

- Agency Commission: Enter the commission percentage (%).

- Discount: Enter any applicable discount amount.

- Client CPC: Enter the cost per click if applicable.

- Prepaid: Select the prepayment status.

- Payment Type: Select the payment type from the dropdown.

1. Review the "Production Costs" section:

- Internal Production Cost: Displays the internal production cost ($).

- Client Production Cost: Displays the client production cost ($).

1. Click "Save" to create the media plan.
2. Click on the "Upload" button next to the media plan to upload assets.

View Media Assets

1. Log in to the MCT portal and navigate to the Media Tab.
2. Click on the "Media View" tab.
3. Use filters to sort and view media assets.

Organize and Manage Images and Documents

Upload a New Document

1. Log in to the MCT portal as a Study Admin or Project Ops user.
2. Click on the "Documents" tab.
3. Click on the "New Document" button.
4. Fill in the required fields and upload your document.
5. Click "Save" to save the document.

View a Document

1. Log in to the MCT portal.
2. Click on the "Documents" tab.
3. Search for the document and click on the "View" button.

Manage Documents

• Search and sort documents by Document Name, Category, or Created Date.
• Filter documents by specific categories.
• Edit or delete documents as needed.

Manage Storage and Supported File Types

• Supported File Types: Audio (MP3, WAV), Image (JPEG, PNG, GIF), Video (MP4, AVI, MOV), Document (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), Other (CSV, TXT).
