Survey Management

Welcome to the Survey Management documentation for Elixia Health's clinical trial platform. This guide will help you understand how to create, deploy, and analyze surveys within our system, ensuring you can gather valuable data and insights for your clinical trials.

How To

Access Survey Management

  1. Log in to the MTJ Patient portal using your credentials.
  2. Click on the "Surveys" tab located at the top of the screen.
  3. You will be redirected to the Survey Management page.

Create and Configure Surveys

  1. Log in to the Survey JS application using your email and password.
  2. Click on the "My Surveys" hyperlink at the top of the Home screen.
  3. Click on the "Create a Survey" button to create a new survey.
  4. Update the survey name by clicking on the edit icon at the top left and entering the new name.
  5. Click on the "3 dots" at the bottom of the screen and select the "HTML" option to display the HTML place to enter the content.
  6. Copy the HTML content from the requirement sheet and paste it into the HTML markup text box on the right-hand side of the screen.
  7. Enter the "Name" field (i.e., Question variable) as "Greeting".
  8. Hyperlink the privacy policy with the provided link.

Deploy Surveys and Track Responses

Deploying Surveys

  1. Log in to the MCT platform as a Project Ops or Admin user.
  2. Click on the "Surveys" tab and select the survey you want to deploy.
  3. Click on the "Deploy" button next to the survey name.
  4. Choose the patient population you want to deploy the survey to (e.g., patients, caregivers, etc.).
  5. Set the deployment schedule (optional) or deploy the survey immediately.
  6. Review the deployment summary and confirm the deployment.

Tracking Responses

  1. Log in to the MCT platform as a Project Ops or Admin user.
  2. Click on the "Surveys" tab and select the survey you deployed.
  3. Click on the "Responses" tab to view the responses from patients.
